Many wrestling tournaments are run through USA Wrestling. All wrestlers will need a USA Wrestling card to register and compete at these tournaments. This card will also get wrestlers into MN USA Wrestling practices(Locations/age groups/dates are listed on their website).

*Parents who plan on coaching their athletes - At some USA tournaments you will need a coaching card. You can purchase this on the USA wrestling website below
